The second member of the Seminoles’ high school recruiting class when he committed to Luke Loucks and his staff on April 16, 2025...originally committed to Temple in September of 2024 before decommitting from the Owls’ program in April of 2025…chose to play for Florida State and head coach Loucks over Mississippi State, USF, Washington, and Georgia Southern…drawn to Florida State because of Loucks’ background as a point guard as the Seminoles’ head coach led his team to the first ACC Championship in school history from the in 2012 from the point guard position…has an incredible ability to create for his teammates with the ability to get to the basket and make shots…is aggressive in getting to the basket while also possessing the ability to keep his teammates involved…an effective scorer with the basketball in his hands…can play both the point and shooting guard positions well and has played both throughout his career…a pinpoint passer with a strong desire to rebound at a high rate…makes plays on the defensive end of the court with his ability and willingness to play defense…commonly referred to as a lock-down defender…make an impact with and without the basketball in his hands…an effective scorer…comfortable playing at the rim on both offense and defense…also shoots well from the 3-point line…has the ability to make tough shots…considered to be one of the top-20 prep point guards in the nation in the class of 2025…played with the Austin Rivers Southeast Elite AAU tam on the Adidas circuit during the summer of 2023…averaged 14.0 points scored per game with the Austin Rivers’ team.
BEFORE FLORIDA STATE
Graduated from the Arizona Compass Academy in 2024…began his high school career at Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando (freshman and sophomore seasons)…played his junior season at Olympia High School in Orlando…played his senior season and graduated from the Arizona Compass Academy in Chandler, Ariz…attended IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. for a postgraduate year…averaged 17.4 points and 5.2 assists as a member of the postgraduate team at IMG in 2025…with Miles in the lineup, IMG was ranked among the nation’s top-10 teams during his only season at the Bradenton, Fla., based school…caught fire as a member of the SOH Elite team at the Under Armour session in Emerson, Ga., during the summer of 2024…averaged 13.3 points and 2.0 assists per game during the four-day event, in which his squad went 7-0…shot 46 percent from the field, 47 percent from three-point range, and 83 percent from the free throw line during the event…played senior season of high school at the Arizona Prep School in Chandler, Ariz. (2023-24)…averaged 8.1 points, 2.4 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 2.5 steals per game in his one season at Arizona Compass School…played his junior season at Olympia High School in Orlando, Fla (2022-23)…averaged 8.6 points, 3.4 assists, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.4 steals in 29 games played at Olympia…played his freshman and sophomore seasons at Dr. Phillips in Orlando, Fla (2020-21 and 2021-22)…averaged 2.5 points and 1.0 assists in 14 games played as a sophomore…played his first two high school seasons at Dr. Phillips in Orlando – the same high school that produced Seminole great Jason Rich who wore the garnet and gold from 2005 through 2008.

Born July 22, 2006…Cam is the son of Leah Brown and Jimmie Miles and Shaunda Miles and Parish Brown…Jimmie was as standout player at Valparaiso and at Robert Morris University in Chicago…he averaged 6.1 points, 2.1 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game during his collegiate career…his step-father, Parrish Brown, played at the University of Maryland…he averaged 11.6 points and shot .416 percent from the field and .780 percent from the free throw line during his career as a Terp…Cam is the second of four children – a sister (Skylar Brown), Cam, and four brothers (Parrish Brown Jr, Jimmie Miles Jr., and Jace Miles…originally from Chicago, but now calls Orlando his him after moving to the state of Florida while his was in the sixth grade.
