Finished 10th at the East Prelims with a time of 30:01.28… entered East Prelims as the No. 2 seed in the 10,000 to teammate Michael Fout after running 28:57.44 at Stanford Invitational… co-captain had outstanding cross country season, earning All- American honors for the first time after placing second at ACC and South Regional meets… helped ‘Noles to fifth-place NCAA finish… represented his native Ireland at the 2012 European Cross Country Championships
- Closed out spectacular 2012 cross country season with runner-up finishes at ACC and NCAA South Regional Championships, then placed 28th at NCAA Championships to earn All-American honors for the first time
- Helped Seminoles to a fifth-place NCAA finish; second-best in FSU history
- Represented Ireland well at the 2012 European Cross Country Championships, placing 22nd in Budapest, Hungary
- Placed 5th for the `Noles in the 5000 out of the slow heat at the 2013 ACC Indoor Championships
- Won the 2012 ACC Outdoor Championship in the 10,000 meters and placed fifth in the 5000

Came to FSU from Dublin City University where he received his degree in business studies…has diverse set of interests including writing, producing music and the desire to establish a clothing line…interned at Nike in the summer of 2012…was silver medalist at 2011 Irish National Senior Cross Country Championships…member of Ireland’s gold medal European U23 Cross Country Championships team…three-time Irish Schools champion at 3000 and 5000 meters…born November 1, 1988
