Florida State Softball to Appear on National Television 16 Times in the 2023 Season

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida State softball team will appear on national television 16 times throughout the 2023 season ESPN announced on Wednesday morning. The Seminoles’ 16 appearances are the most among preseason top five teams and are six more than the second-most team (Florida – 10).
The Seminoles will begin its TV campaign at the 2023 TaxAct Clearwater Invitational where four out of its five games in Clearwater will be on national TV including a battle with Alabama on Sunday, Feb. 19 that will be aired on ESPN.
The ACC Network will carry 10 of the Seminoles’ ACC games this season including matchups with preseason top 25 opponents in Duke, Clemson and Virginia Tech.
ESPN2 will carry two of the Seminoles’ games against Clemson on Apr. 7 and Virginia Tech on Apr. 20. The Seminoles’ matchup with the Florida Gators on May 3 will be aired on ESPNU.
