Bio:
Versatile talent with great range who has been a valuable member of the cross country championship lineup for three seasons…advanced to the 2016 ACC Outdoor 1500-meter finals in his first track season…hoping to build on back-to-back strong seasons and avoid injuries that have limited his track contributions.
2016 Cross Country:
Was a scoring member of the lineup in five of six races in the fall…had his best races when they mattered most, finishing in the fourth spot for the Noles at the ACC Championships (24:11.9, 8k) for 33rd overall and 30th overall at the NCAA South Region (31:30.0)…stepped up to be the No. 2 finisher among teammates at Wisconsin…opened season as sixth man at both adidas XC Challenge and Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational.
2015-16
Cross Country: Was in the lineup for five meets, including the NCAA Championships after helping the Seminoles claim the NCAA South Region title, where he finished 31st as the top No. 6 runner in the field…finished 58th at the ACC Championships as FSU’s No. 5 runner. Indoor: forced to sit out the season due to injury. Outdoor: made his track & field debut for the Noles at the Florida Relays in the 1500, which was the lone distance he competed in throughout the season…saw action in five meets highlighted by his personal-best 3:47.43 in the ACC Championships final, where he finished 10th after qualifying with a PB (3:48.38).

Personal:
Starred at St. Xavier in Cincinnati…was a three-time All-State selection in track and a two-time All-State performer in cross country…holds the school’s home 5k course record in cross country (15:25) and the fastest 5k cross country time (15:10)…is also the school record-holder in the 800 (1:51.69)…a four-time team MVP in cross country and track…was a member of the 2014 New Balance Nationals 4×800 championship quarter…among many service endeavors participated in Big Brothers as well as Hands Across America…outstanding athlete who also found time for football and basketball in high school…plans to major in communications…born July 7, 1996.
