Joins the program from local 1A power Maclay School where she competed in cross country and track & field…two-time state cross country qualifier…five-time scorer on the track at the FHSAA 1A State Championships.
PERSONAL:
Decorated student-athlete, who in addition to cross country and track & field, competed in five years of varsity soccer at Maclay…capped senior year with fifth-place finish in the 800 at the state meet; her first individual scoring performance…was fixture on state-scoring 4×800 and 4×400 relay teams…member of National Honor Society, Spanish Honors Society and Mu Alpha Theta…2018 finalist for Tallahassee Democrat’s “Best & Brightest” and was also selected among “Top Young Women to Watch” for her all-around excellence…selected Maclay School’s “Student of the Year” for overall excellence in academics, athletics and community service…daughter of Rene and Beecher Lewis…plans to major in international affairs…born October 21, 1999.
