First-year Seminole who joins the distance program from St. John’s Country Day School…competed in three 1A state cross country championships…owns a marathon best of 3:49.56, set in 2016.
2017-18
Cross Country: Competed in two meets as a freshman…took nearly a minute off her FSU debut time at the Big Bend Invitational when she ran 21:39.0 at the FSU Invitational. Indoor & Outdoor: Did not compete.
Personal:
Three-year member of the St. John’s Country Day cross country team…helped team to a pair of top-10 1A state meet finishes, improving on her time and place each season…ran 5k PB in her final race as a senior at FSU’s Apalachee Regional Park home course (21:38.57)…outstanding student at SJCD where she was a member of the National Honor Society, Summa Cum Laude Honor Roll and Cum Laude Society…honor student who was a member of the UROP program….daughter of Karen Coen…plans to major in communication sciences & disorders…born Nov. 21, 1998.
