Finished 1-0 with a 4.91 earned run average over 11 innings pitched in 10 appearances as a freshman…had 14 strikeouts, including a season-high four in his lone win on the season against Florida Gulf Coast…pitched one scoreless inning in each of his first three appearances, with seven total strikeouts.

Graduated from Paxton High School in Paxton, Fla….2016 Rawlings-Perfect Game honorable mention…named to the Florida All-Region Second Team…Perfect Game ranked him Florida’s No. 15 left-handed pitcher in 2016…throughout his senior year at Paxton, allowed one run over 45 innings pitched, ending the year with a 0.16 ERA…honored as the Small Schools All-Area Pitcher of the Year in 2016.
