SENIOR (2017):

Hit .279 in 68 games for for the Seminoles in 2017…finished second on the team with 44 walks, hit seven doubles, scored 35 runs and had 22 runs batted in…also had 13 hit by pitches and nine sacrifice hits…hit .333 in the Tallahassee Regional and posted a .524 on-base percentage…had five hits in the College World Series, including 2-for-3 games against LSU (Game 1) and Cal State Fullerton…career-high eight game hitting streak (May 19-June 4)…midway through the season (April 1), average sat at .186 before jumping nearly 100 points over the final two months…set single-game career highs in at-bats (5, twice), RBI (4 vs. Clemson), walks (3, four times), hit by pitch (2 vs. Sam Houston State) and stolen bases (2 vs. Pacific)…team-high .448 on-base percentage…graduated in May…finished with a .256 batting average in two seasons at Florida State, starting 121 of 128 games played.

JUNIOR (2016):

Appeared in 60 games of the 2016 season and started 58 of them…led the team in sacrifice bunts (9) and ranked second in walks drawn (45)…ended his season with 44 runs scored, including 13 games with more than one run scored, and an on-base percentage of .420…collected two RBI on his first single of the season on Opening Day against Rhode Island…produced a game-winning bunt on March 9 against Toledo, allowing FSU to claim its ninth no-hitter in school history…claimed a perfect 4-for-4 outing against No. 4 Louisville (April 8) after accumulating two RBI and scoring two runs in the Seminoles’ 12-7 victory…played summer ball for the Santa Barbara Foresters in the Cape Cod League where he hit .349 with three doubles, 17 RBI, and seven stolen bases.

 

SOPHOMORE (2015-Santa Barbara City College):

Finished off his sophomore season with a .329 batting average, .452 on-base percentage, 35 runs, 24 walks and 19 stolen bases…proved to be efficient with his glove with a .966 fielding percentage, committing only eight errors…recipient of the Santa Barbara Community College Athlete of the Year award as a sophomore…was a Western State Conference Gold Glove Award winner…named First Team All-Western State Conference and All-SoCal…led SBCC to the SoCal Sectionals in each of the two years he played…was named MVP of the Santa Barbara Foresters (California Collegiate League) with a .338 batting average, .481 on-base percentage and 16 stolen bases.

 

FRESHMAN (2014-Santa Barbara City College):

Hit .286 with 24 hits, 19 runs, 13 RBI and a pair of doubles in his first season at Santa Barbara Community College…he drew 11 walks and finished with five steals…finished with 65 assists in the field, committing only nine errors.

Graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in Chico, Calif.

PERSONAL:

Son of Genia and Pat Henderson…has one sibling, Cole…majoring in social science…born on August 11, 1995.
