Completed sophomore season as a three-time All-American…set the FSU indoor school record in the 800 as a sophomore and lowered en route to the 2016 NCAA Indoor Championships…outstanding student majoring in actuarial science, twice earning CoSIDA All-District and USTFCCCA All-Academic honors…a four-time All-ACC Academic selection.
2016
Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary in the 800 for the second consecutive season but did not advance…posted her outdoor collegiate-best 800 (2:06.37) in a sixth-place finish at the ACC Championships, helping the Seminoles to the team title…competed in only four meets, including season-opening 2:07.82 for seventh at Payton Jordan in 800. Indoor: Earned second-team All-American honors with 15th-place 800 finish at NCAA Indoor Championships…placed third at the ACC Indoor Championships in the 800 (2:06.04) earning first-team All-ACC honors…lowered own FSU school record to 2:04.45 for fifth at David Hemery Valentine Invite for fifth place and first collegian…was runner-up in 800 at Conference Clash in Birmingham…competed in four cross country meets during the fall of 2015.

Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA East Prelims in the 800 and also as a member of the 4×400…was alternate on 4×400 NCAA Championship team…placed eighth at ACC Outdoor Championships in 800…outdoor season-best 800 (2:06.46) came at Tom Jones Memorial in second-place finish. Indoor: Earned second-team All-American honors as a member of both the ninth-place 4×400 and 11th-place DMR at the NCAA Indoor Championships…set FSU record in the 800 (2:05.18) finishing fifth at the ACC Championships (2:05.18)…ran the leadoff 1200-meter leg on the DMR when the Noles posted their NCAA qualifying mark (11:04.53) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational…ACC Indoor Freshman of the Year honoree. Cross Country: Built endurance base racing in four cross country meets in the fall of 2014, including the ACC Championship meet.

Standout middle distance runner from St. Helens, Merseyside in Great Britain…enjoyed a brilliant summer leading up to her arrival at FSU, placing third in the 800 at the UK U20 Championships…ranked fourth in UK U20 in 2014 with 2:06.67, a time she recorded at the UK Senior Championships…was fifth in the 800 at the 2013 World Youth Championships…recorded her then-lifetime-best 800 (2:05.89) in a third-place finish at the 2013 UK U20 Championships…won the UK U20 1500m indoor title in 2013…hails from athletic family….mother, Karen, represented Great Britain in the European age group Duathlon Championships in 2009…father, Lawrence, played for Liverpool AC academy as a teen…has a twin brother, Lewis…majoring in actuarial science…born Jan. 23, 1996.
